Chelsea sent 20-year-old centre back Aar\u00f3n Anselmino to Borussia Dortmund on a season-long loan over the summer with the clear aim of securing consistent first-team minutes. Less than half a season into that arrangement, Dortmund are already preparing to push for a permanent transfer.<\/p>\n
