Leandro Trossard has played down this summer’s speculation about his future at Arsenal, calling the coverage exaggerated and pointing to his return to fitness as proof of his continuing role.<\/p>\n
The Belgium winger signed a new contract in August, yet reports persisted that he could be moved on amid a squad with many options under Mikel Arteta. Trossard missed part of pre-season with an injury and has since made eight appearances across all competitions.
