Real Madrid are listed on \u20ac854 million, with Newcastle United close behind on \u20ac816 million. There is a notable fall to Atl\u00e9tico Madrid in 10th, whose squad total is \u20ac572 million. The full top 10 reads: Chelsea (\u20ac1.314 billion), Man City (\u20ac1.128 billion), Man Utd (\u20ac1.071 billion), Liverpool (\u20ac1.065 billion), Arsenal (\u20ac1.001 billion), Tottenham (\u20ac974 million), PSG (\u20ac873 million), Real Madrid (\u20ac854 million), Newcastle (\u20ac816 million), Atl\u00e9tico Madrid (\u20ac572 million).<\/p>\n
The wider top 30 includes a mixture of English, Spanish, German, Italian, French and Saudi Arabian teams. Los Blancos boast a total spend of \u20ac854 million, close to double that of Barcelona, who sit 15th at \u20ac463 million.<\/p>\n
Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal are the only non-European club in the top 30. The report notes that Al Hilal added Darwin N\u00fa\u00f1ez and Theo Hern\u00e1ndez to a squad that already included R\u00faben Neves, Malcom and Sergej Milinkovi\u0107-Savi\u0107.<\/p>\n
Of the 30 richest squads, 17 are from the Premier League. Only the newly promoted trio of Sunderland, Leeds United and Burnley fail to make the cut. There are three Spanish sides in the top 30 and four each from Germany and Italy, while France and Saudi Arabia are each represented once.<\/p>\n
