“When I want to change my philosophy, I will change. If not, you have to change the man. We talk about that every game that we lose. I don\u2019t believe in that or in the system or whatever but I believe in my way and I am going to play my way until I want to change.<\/p>\n
“I understand how football is and the results dictate the narrative. I see it that way. I know that is hard for people. The fans do not want to hear these things. I don\u2019t lie to myself. I see the record and I accept any decision.”<\/p>\n
The manager accepted fan frustration and vowed to fight for better results. “My message [to the fans] is that I am going to give everything,” he vowed. “I will do everything, always thinking about what is best for the club. That was always the same message.<\/p>\n
“The rest is not my decision. I will do my best until I am not here. I really want to win games. I am suffering more than [the fans].”<\/p>\n
