Crysencio Summerville had emerged as a leading option after West Ham United\u2019s relegation, yet United and Roma were both beaten to the deal by an eye-catching \u00a368 million offer from Al Hilal. That leaves the Red Devils needing to move quickly to other names on their list.<\/p>\n
One expensive possibility is Bradley Barcola. With Paris Saint-Germain preparing to add Yan Diomande this summer, and possibly Maghnes Akliouche too, Barcola could slip further down the hierarchy despite PSG\u2019s wish to keep him. He is currently fourth-choice in attack and has delivered 50 goal involvements across the past two campaigns. Liverpool and Arsenal are said to be leading interest, but United may still need to weigh up the France international if an opportunity opens.<\/p>\n
Rafael Le\u00e3o offers a more affordable route. The 27-year-old wants a fresh start this summer and has made clear his intention to move on. His pace, trickery and dribbling remain major assets, and he has reached at least 20 combined goals and assists in four of his last five seasons. A fee of around \u00a343 million could be enough to tempt Milan.<\/p>\n
United could also consider Iliman Ndiaye, who has thrived at Everton and posted 11 goals in 2024-25 before adding six goals and three assists last season. He can play on either flank or as an attacking midfielder, though a reported \u00a370 million price could be difficult to justify.<\/p>\n
Among the younger options, Antonio Nusa impressed for Norway in North America and has already reached 20 goal involvements for RB Leipzig since joining in 2024.
