Marcus Rashford\u2019s situation has shifted again after reports that the release clause in his Manchester United contract has expired.<\/p>\n
For now, he is expected to return to training with United once England\u2019s World Cup journey ends, yet the picture around his next step remains unsettled. A summer move to Barcelona has already fallen through. Rashford impressed during his loan spell at Camp Nou last season, but the Spanish club passed on the permanent deal, valued at $34.4 million (\u20ac30 million). Barcelona have since moved on in the market, bringing in England teammate Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United, with Borussia Dortmund\u2019s Karim Adeyemi also set to arrive.<\/p>\n
