Chelsea defender Levi Colwill will be sidelined for most of the 2025\u201326 season after sustaining an anterior cruciate ligament injury during training this week. The setback comes at a critical time as Chelsea prepare to rejoin the UEFA Champions League, having secured the Europa Conference League title last season.<\/p>\n
Colwill, 22, has been with Chelsea since his youth, joining them at the under-9 level. After signing his first professional contract in February 2020, he gained valuable experience on loan at Huddersfield Town and Brighton & Hove Albion.
